Colie recommends keeping your contact form short and sweet - don’t ask too many questions or give potential clients a reason to skip over submitting the form!


Include fields: name, email address, preferred session date, and the photography service they’re interested in, then no more than 1 - 2 other lead qualifying questions.

Set HoneyBook to send out an automated enquiry response email and use its scheduler to automate the booking of a consultation call - no more back-and-forth emailing to set up a suitable time for both parties.


Once manually triggered after the consult call, HoneyBook will complete the proposal process for you, which includes your session offer, scheduling the session, sending the contract and the session invoice.

Pic-Time + HoneyBook Integration

Once a lead has paid their session invoice sent via HoneyBook, the integration can automatically create a corresponding gallery in Pic-Time with name, date and Main Client information auto-populated.

Any clients inside HoneyBook can be linked to existing Pic-Time galleries and photographers can preview galleries directly inside HoneyBook itself (once they’ve been shared) then go directly to the gallery settings to check and make any necessary adjustments.


Any photo from your Pic-Time account can be directly imported into a HoneyBook image library for quick and easy insertion to any emails sent directly from within HoneyBook itself.
