Blogs are a powerful way to increase your online presence for both existing and future clients and the Pic-Time blog editor, launched in February, made creating them a breeze.
Blog Editor
Our Blog editor enables you to create blog posts straight from your galleries, no need to upload images twice. We love seeing how you use this feature, and since being launched in February over 65K blogs have already been published by our users!
AI Writing Assistant
Powered by a ChatGPT API integration, the AI Writing Assistant for Blogs quickly creates automated text based on your input for your blog texts and vendor details. SImply enter basic information, select your preferred mood and style, and then let our assistant do the blog writing for you. Learn about our AI assistant here
SEO Optimization
SEO is important for any business looking to be successful online, including photographers. Our built in blog SEO optimization makes it easy for you to get it right. Dynamic Layouts
Having a great looking blog is easy. With our dynamic blog layouts you simply select photos from your galleries, and our blog editor will automatically place them in an optimal layout for your photos. You can always adjust it later by moving things around with a drag and drop functionality.

We see great value in sharing your work for the best business impact. That’s why we invested in developing innovative tools to make sharing more accessible and powerful.
AI Image Filter
Sending just the right photos to your vendors and business partners became much easier. Launched in November, the AI Image Filter makes it easy to sort and search images from each gallery - creating theme based collections that you can then easily share with others, on social media, use for submissions, blogs, your portfolio, and more. New Sharing Options
Our latest sharing additions enable you to select gallery images from your photos upload area and easily share them as a new separate gallery. This is especially powerful when coupled with the AI filter above. Quickly share photos via email with a personal note, or a send as a secure link.
Elevating Your Brand With a Click
Our new design tools were developed to elevate your aesthetic while saving you time and effort.
Auto Color Matching for Covers
When uploading a cover photo for your gallery, our smart algorithm will auto-select a complementary background color based on the dominant palette of your chosen image. Read more about using this tool here.
Custom Fonts
We made it easier to keep your branding consistent by adding the option to upload your own fonts for Slideshows and Blogs. You can even create font collections that will automatically apply to future work. These include stylized headings and buttons. Read more about custom fonts and font collections here.
Slideshow Style Pre-selection
Choose your preferred Slideshow layout style upfront before building your Slideshow for an easy, automated start and more efficient workflow. Read more about using this tool here

AI Watermark Protector
After hearing your concerns on our FB community on the growing popularity of watermark removal softwares, we developed a unique algorithm to help prevent your watermarks from being unlawfully removed and unauthorized use of your images. Read more about using this tool here.

More Labs For Your Global Clients
Providing local labs to where your clients are is one of our goals. In 2023, we welcomed four new lab partners in Europe, UK, and Mexico. This brings our global lab network to 30 labs, with further planned expansion in 2024.

This family-run business is our first ever print lab in France! Established in 2006, Mattiseo Pro is all about quality and attention to detail. They offer fast and reliable shipping to France and Belgium.
One Vision Imaging - UK
This UK print lab has been producing handmade products for over 50 years and is renowned for its quality control, customer service, fast production time, and worldwide shipping.
New Print Products for Your Works
This year we also welcomed two brand new print products to the store catalog. Added in September, the Framed Circular Deckled Print and Cameo Cover for Lay Flat Albums offer a creative way to display your client’s favorite images and add further variety to your store.

HoneyBook is a leading platform for managing your back-end tasks, saving you time, and providing exceptional service to your clients. Once you link both accounts, you can automatically create new galleries in Pic-Time when you book clients through HoneyBook, as well as easily sync existing galleries.
IrisWorks
Iris Works is a studio management software designed specifically for photographers and creative professionals. When you book a client session through Iris Works, a Pic-Time gallery is automatically created with all the necessary client details.
CRM Partnership
Our integration with HoneyBook is just part of a wider partnership between us. While we're focused on elevating the value of your images in every way, we know that there are other aspects of your business that deserve the same expert attention. That’s why we were excited to launch a new partnership with HoneyBook this year giving a free year of HoneyBook to eligible users.
