Pic-Time + Studio Ninja Integration

Integrating Studio Ninja with Pic-Time will allow you to create new Pic-Time galleries or link existing galleries to Studio Ninja’s leads/jobs, and import sales orders and invoices from Pic-Time to Studio Ninja. This makes tracking your income and galleries easy!
All About the Integration
Create New Pic-Time Galleries
From a specific Studio Ninja lead or job, you can create a new Pic-Time gallery. This way, your client will see their Pic-Time gallery in their client portal, or you can send them an invite.
Connect to Existing Pic-Time Galleries
From your Studio Ninja project, you can connect to an existing Pic-Time gallery, or even add multiple galleries (up to 10).
Track Your Orders
Once a gallery is connected to your Studio Ninja job, you can sync your orders from the gallery. This way, you can track your income all in one place!
How to integrate Pic-Time and Studio Ninja?
1. In your Studio Ninja dashboard go to Settings > Integrations and click the Integrate button inside the Pic-Time box.
2. Login to your Pic-Time account.
3. Give permission to Pic-Time to access your Studio Ninja account.
4. In your Studio Ninja Client Portal, add an introduction text for your clients in the new Galleries page.
