Selections
Our signature selection feature is a great professional tool we’ve designed to improve the workflow between you and your clients. Now you can send your client a branded email invitation to flag a specific number of photos from the gallery.
Creating a Workflow
To begin, go to Workflow > Client Selections and click the + button to open a new selection.
An invitation setup screen will pop up where you can fill in the details i.e. create an album name, specify the number of photos to select, and add a personal message.
Click Send Email and voilà! Your customer will receive a beautiful email invitation which will link them directly to the gallery.
How it works on the client side
Once your clients are in the gallery, they will see a flag icon. When they click it they will be able to see the number of photos they have selected throughout the process.
They will be able to send less than the umber of photos you have specified or the exact amount, but not more.
Last, check and "Send to Photographer", once your clients click this the selection is locked and cannot be modified.
