Brand & Style

Make it yours! Customize your gallery style and utilize branding options with these simple tools. Make sure to set up your account with your logo, social media links, and watermark so everything circles back to you. Let’s explore the many options available in the Brand & Style tab of your account settings.

Gallery Style Options

Our gallery layouts give you control over how you wish to tell your client's story. Choose between design layouts found under Settings > Brand & Style > Gallery Style Options.

You can also choose to set up your grid layout per gallery under Project > Gallery Setup > Gallery Style Options.

Landscape Photos

Highlight special moments by enlarging landscape photos within a gallery. Your client will be able to view the gallery with your enlargements and will have sole permission to make additional edits.

ADDING TEXT TO A SCENE

Now you can add text to each scene of the gallery for further customization.

This is how your text will display in the gallery:

Gallery Image Processing

Our system resizes your original hi-res photos to create low-res files for optimal viewing/loading speed and quality. We offer 3 methods of image processing and each one produces slightly different results. These options can be compared to Photoshop's Bicubic/Bicubic Smoother/Bicubic Sharper options.

Note: when selecting your processing method, it will not change files that have already been uploaded, only future uploads will be affected.

Dark & White Logo

Your logo will appear on some of our cover designs, your gallery header, and all emails that are sent by Pic-Time on your behalf. The optimal upload size is 600px (long edge), PNG, and may be transparent or white for darker images. If you upload a different size the system will compress it, keeping the original proportion of your logo.

 

Website & Social Links

Your social links and email will appear throughout the system. You’ll find them within each gallery, all emails that are sent out via Pic-Time, and in your portfolio page footer, creating a synchronized branding experience.

Digital Print Release Form

Would you like to grant written permission for your photos to be printed? You can upload your Print Release Form and it will automatically download alongside the High-Res downloads in the gallery.

 

Multi-Brand

Photographers with multiple brands can easily add as many as they wish, straight from the Brand & Style tab. Simply upgrade to the Advanced plan and click “Add Brand” to manage everything under one platform.

 

Watermarks

Branding isn’t just about looking good but also about protecting your work. Upload your watermark and select the location, size, and placement of where they appear. Watermarks will not show on any hi-res downloads or products ordered through the Pic-Time store.

1. Upload the logo you wish to use for your watermark (we recommend 600x280 px PNG).

2. Choose its placement on your images.

3. Choose when your watermark will show up. It can appear on Web-Size downloads and shared photos, the Gallery view, the Store view and Burned into low-res.

4. Enable/Disable watermarks - don't want your watermark to show up on certain galleries? Simply uncheck the watermark box in Gallery Setup per each gallery's settings.

 5. For more versatility, you can select to show the watermark for specific scenes or user types.

Remove Pic-Time Branding

Remove any mention of Pic-Time from your account. You can remove the footer “Powered by Pic-Time” from your gallery pages and emails or disable the LiveChat for your client galleries. When you disable the LiveChat for your galleries, your clients will not be able to get immediate customer support from our professional support team.

Hide Opt-Out

Don’t want the gallery guests to be able to opt-out of Marketing Emails? Select Hide opt-out on email collection to hide the opt-out option.

Portfolio Page Grid

You can change the aspect ratio on the thumbnails of galleries on your Portfolio Page. To learn more about Portfolio Page customization, click here.

Google Analytics

You can connect your Google Analytics account to your Pic-Time account to track visitors, active users, traffic sources, visited pages, product clicks, order value etc. Google Analytics provides many tools that can help Pic-Time users track their account. Gallery and Store Navigation Bar

Pic-Time offers 3 types of gallery navigation bar styles. The navigation bar styles vary between highlighting gallery scenes or store items.
