Pic-Time Subscription Price Increase
On June 1, 2022 we are introducing new subscription prices for Pic-Time Complete plans that better reflect the content of our platform, and the value for photographers and their business. This change will not affect any existing paying users or those who sign up for a paid plan before June 1st.
At Pic-Time, we’re constantly looking for ways to innovate the digital space between photographers and their clients. In the last few years, we’ve added significant products that are unique in the market and have impacted our users in terms of growth – for their business and brand:
• Our Marketing Automation has changed the way photographers sell prints online.
• The Slideshow Creator has made it easy to deliver a slideshow for each gallery.
• The Art Galleries platform has given photographers a dedicated space to showcase and sell their personal work.
• Our Global Print Lab Network has been expanding and continues to grow with a wide variety of products and over 25 labs worldwide.

Same Prices for Existing Users
Since the beginning of Pic-Time, we’ve aimed to build a community and believe in fairly acknowledging our existing user base. This is why the price increase will not affect any of our paying users who subscribe before June 1, 2022. If you’re an existing paying user and want to move between paid plans, you’ll still get to keep today’s prices and your pricing page will look exactly as it does today. For example, if you move from a Professional Plan to an Advanced Plan you’ll pay our current prices. Your renewal price will also not change.
Changes in Free Plans
You can still enjoy our Free plan, but the storage size will change from 20GB to 10GB. From June 1st, you’ll receive email reminders about storage limitations and will have 45 days before we delete galleries that are over the 10GB storage limit, starting from the oldest.
We’ll also be launching a new Beginner plan for photographers that will only be available with the new pricing. The Beginner plan comes with 20GB of storage, and will include all of the best features from our Free plan plus more store management abilities.
We will continue innovating our platform to help professional photographers prosper. Moving forward, we will be investing even more in creating further opportunities for photographers to maximize the value of their photos online.

FAQs
Who will the upcoming price increase affect?
If you’re currently on Pic-Time Complete paid plan or join one before June 1, 2022, the price increase will NOT AFFECT you in any way. It will only affect users who upgrade or sign up for any paid plan on or after June 1st.
If I’m already on a paid plan and I upgrade later, will I still get today’s prices?
Yes, if you’re currently on a paid plan and move to another paid plan after June 1st you will still pay today’s prices and your pricing page will look exactly as it does today. For example, if you move from a Professional Plan to an Advanced Plan you’ll pay our current prices. Your renewal price will also not change.
If I’m on a Monthly plan and move to a Yearly plan later, will I still get today’s prices?
Yes! If you’re currently on a Monthly paid plan and move to a Yearly paid plan after June 1st, you will still pay today’s prices.
If I cancel my current paid plan on or after June 1st and then re-subscribe, will I get to keep today’s prices?
No, if you cancel your current paid plan on or after June 1st and sign-up again, you will be charged the new prices.
What will the new prices be for subscription plans?
Prices for all paid plans will increase by around 25%.
Why are Pic-Time’s plan prices increasing?
Our growing system, the addition of new features, and the development of future services have led us to this decision.
Are prices for current paying users locked-in for life?
Currently, we cannot guarantee locked-in prices for life. Your pricing page will stay the same as it is today and we intend to keep prices as they are also moving forward, unless something dramatic happens in the market.
What will the new Beginner plan look like?
Our Beginner plan for photographers comes with 20GB of storage and includes all of the features from our Free plan, with the addition of Store Product Curation. The Beginner plan will be available at $8/mo for Monthly plans and $7/mo for Yearly plans.
Will the price increase apply to both Yearly and Monthly plans?
Yes.
Will this price increase affect Art Gallery plans too?
No, there will be no change in prices for Pic-Time Art plans.
Can I wait until my free trial ends before making a payment?
In order to secure current prices you need to upgrade before June 1st, whether or not you’re still on the free trial.
If I join a paid plan while I’m on the free trial, will l still get the 30 days free?
Once you join a paid plan, you’ll be billed immediately and your remaining trial days will be added to your next billing date. For example, if you sign-up for a Monthly paid plan, your second billing date will be in 1 month + the remaining number of days you have on your free trial, from the time you signed up.
Will there be another price increase in the future?
Currently, we have no intention of raising our prices again in the near future.
