The AI Photo Search for Clients is the next generation of gallery experience - elevating the potential of each gallery you share. This new feature will allow clients a quick and efficient way to find photos from within their gallery by searching for people of interest or using keywords.

Our amazing research team developed a photo searching algorithm, tailored to the needs of professional photography both in terms of quality and privacy.
The person identification was built with your clients in mind, and can event detect artistic photos that are taken from the back of someone when the face is not present.
The free text search was planned to be optimized for the most relevant terms in our market, especially weddings. We do not use any 3rd party for image detection, so no image information is ever shared with external organizations or software.
Search by person
Once applied to a gallery, all of the people photographed at the event will appear in the search window, and your visitors will simply need to click on their person of interest to find their photos. To make it an even more delightful experience, a suggested people section appears once a selection is made and presents people who frequently appear with that person for a quicker search.
Selfie Search
Too many faces in the gallery? No worries! Gallery visitors can now take a selfie inside their AI people search, and get their photos in seconds. This is especially great for large events with many attendees, where clients need to quickly find their faces among the crowd.
SEARCH BY MOMENTS
Similar to our recently launched AI Image Filter for photographers, gallery visitors can also use a free text search bar to write what they are looking for in free-form text such as dancing, walking down the aisle, cake, and even pets to get relevant images.
So if you’re a close friend trying to locate a shot of a speech you delivered to share on social media - It will now be on your screen in seconds.

Enabling every gallery visitor to quickly locate their favorite moments, especially in large event galleries like weddings, has been proven to improve engagement, boost photo viewing sharing, and drive up print sales.
More photo sharing & VIEWS
Visitors are more likely to share their images if they have a quick and easy way to do it, and with the people search they can find and share their photos in moments.
Once visitors select their images, they can share them through a menu that opens up when they click on the Share button. This quick action allows them to send images via email or post them on Facebook.
More Print Orders
Gallery visitors can print their photos with just a few clicks. The AI Search results page is integrated with the store to allow for a fast ordering process that goes directly from photo selection to viewing and ordering products.
works with any Language
The search will work for any language, and automatically translates to display results. For optimal results, it's better to have the gallery set up in the language of your primary clients.
Enable the AI Photo Search for Clients
To enable the AI search in your galleries you must be on our Advanced Plan.
Go to Settings > Preferences and uncheck the "Disable AI Photo Search for gallery visitors'' checkbox.
Once enabled, the search will be available for all uploaded Pic-Time galleries from Sep 1, 2023. It’s important to note that the AI search will not be applied to sensitive galleries (boudoir), and you can opt out of the search on a gallery basis in each gallery’s settings.
For new galleries, you can either disable it before uploading the gallery or create a project template with this already disabled in the settings.
Let Your Clients Enable the Search
Not sure your client feels comfortable with AI activated on their gallery? No problem. The system also offers you the option to delegate the decision and let clients choose for themselves whether to activate the AI search and on which galleries.
To choose this option, go into gallery setting and select client prompted to activate AI search. The main clients will then see a banner in their gallery offering them to activate the search.
