November 2019 Updates
November Updates are here with some new features and updates for the exciting ones. This update, just like many others, was inspired by our community feedback which we are always appreciative and thankful for.
Updates include: a new gallery scene bar for easier navigation on mobile, Calendars in multiple languages, updates for different workflows and new updates for our Sales Automation apps!
1. Mobile Gallery Scenes
With the new and improved design, the gallery scenes are displayed at the top of the galley on mobile devices and you can adjust to display gallery scenes or store products. Learn More
2. Translated Calendars
A perfect gift for the New Year! Our Calendars have now been translated into the following languages: Dansk, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, and Português.
3. Web-Size Downloads Update
On any occasion of High-Res download, a web-size version of the photos will be also available. If high-res photos are not available due to still being uploaded by the photographer or if they have been archived, the client will have the option to download web-size photos in the meantime. Learn More
4. Skip Holds for specific products
Skip store holds for specific products (such as downloads) to ensure a quicker workflow and delivery time of the product. Learn More
5. social links on pre-registration
The pre-registration link now displays your social media links for extended exposure reach. Learn More
6. Automatic User Approval
Automatically approve new users when using the pre-registration or access request link from the gallery. Learn More
7. Update Notifications for Apps
A new tool to track updated versions of the sales automation apps. This tool will prompt you to review updates if your app is currently in use.
8. Anniversary Gift App Update
The Anniversary Gift app now allows a separate email to be sent to the guests of the gallery and can be used to target new sales from the guests.
9. Gallery Visitor Boost App Update
A new Pre-Registration email invite template automatically generates the pre-registration link for conveniently inviting your main clients to share the link with friends and family.
10. Rolling General Coupon App Update
You can now add a period gap between different phases of the coupon to break-up the phases and extend the life of the coupon.
11. Coupon RECIPIENT Filters
You can now send coupons to specific galleries by using new project filters such as gallery language and price list.
