Get Your Holiday Campaigns Ready!
Our new Sales Automation system allows you to run automated campaigns with a series of ready-to-go marketing strategies. For the 2019 Holiday Season, we’ve created a bunch of new holiday apps to help you easily boost your sales and invite your clients to enjoy the gift of printing!
Here’s some useful information to make this season’s sale a successful one!
Choose Your Apps
There are two types of apps: General Campaigns with one discount offer, and Rolling Campaigns. Rolling Campaigns allow you to create a series of 4, pre-made discounts. You can choose which one is good for you and then mix them. For example: combine a Rolling Campaign from Black Friday and follow with a single campaign for Christmas, or the other way around. It’s up to you!
Data from last year indicates that the best sales were around Black Friday (peak in Cyber Monday) and before Christmas, with a lead of the Black Friday sales.
Adjust The Rolling Campaign: For each Rolling campaign, we created four different offers with duration of two days for each one. The campaigns are ready-to-go, however, you can customize them yourself and decide:
How many discount offers
How long each campaign runs for
Which products to focus on
The coupon name
The discount amount
Important! Make sure you’re updating the copy of your emails and banners if you’re changing the products or the discounts of our templates.

Choose Your Products
We’ve already selected the best selling products based on last year’s sales success. However, you can change which products you want to highlight, whether you know this by your sales report or just your own gut feeling of what you know your clients love. Make sure to change the copy in the emails and the banners as well!
Choose your Dates and Duration
Depending on which lab you are working with and the products you decided to offer, make sure the ending of your offer meets the production + delivery times of your labs and offered products. See our labs Holiday Shipping Deadlines here.
Recommended dates for Rolling Campaigns
Black Friday: Nov 25th - Dec 2nd
Christmas: Dec 3rd - Dec 10th
We recommend that campaigns should not be shorter than five days and no longer than two weeks. For General Coupons, if you are doing less than a week, you will need to delete that week’s reminder email.
Add an Abandoned Cart App!
In the short amount of time we’ve had statistics for our Sales Automation apps, we saw that the Abandoned Cart App is very effective and we recommend adding it!
Dynamic Text & Coupon Codes
When creating your own copy with dynamic text, make sure there are no characters near your code that will make your client think it’s part of the code. This will make the code invalid if you client copies the extra character.
i.e. don’t use an exclamation right after the code: {code}!
