March 2020 Updates
Plants are still growing although so much has stopped. We keep thinking about you all and with this update we bring you the payment change we announced earlier this week, a new app for existing gallery backup and more!
1. Payment Cycle Slowdown
We are slowing down the payment cycle, as promised, beginning from today, March 26th. For monthly subscriptions - you will be charged every 1.5 months, and not every month. For yearly subscriptions - yearly payment will credit you for a year and a half. To read more about the steps we took due to the COVID-19 situation, click here
2. Existing Gallery Backup app
We’ve teamed up with Sam Hurd to create a new app for Existing Gallery Backup. The idea behind this app is to help you secure an additional source of revenue during this uncertain time, by offering your clients a subscription-based, online gallery hosting for their own galleries. 3. Navigation Changes
Navigation in the photographer dashboard is changing as a first step towards a new exciting feature that will be added to Pic-Time soon. We reorganized the main menu into 3 sections: Client Galleries, Sales & Automation and Settings. We’ve also separated the back and home buttons and added a drop down menu for quick access to other sections. To learn more, click here
4. Resend all for photographer invited
We’ve added a new “resend all” option to resend all the photographer invited emails with one click. To learn more, click here
5. Print Lab Updates
The coronavirus is affecting our print labs around the globe. All the relevant products are updated with a longer production time in the store to reflect the delays. You can check out this blog post with our lab statuses and all the needed information about it.
6. Stay Home and Carry On
We’ve created a series of blogs with useful resources, from things you can do to improve your workflow, to free online educational resources for photographers. We will keep adding content to this series and you are welcome to check it out. To read more, click here
