Our Classic Holiday Sale for Art Galleries, now available in your Sales & Automations tab, enables you to easily connect with your audience and offer them a festive holiday discount on your artwork.
Once installed, the Classic Holiday App for Art Galleries will launch a two part sale in your art gallery when the sale date arrives - a Black Friday Sale and a Holiday Offer. Learn more about installing the app here.

Each App includes a set of emails that will announce and engage your audience with the sale followed by a strip banner in your gallery. . The sale is ready for you to use without adjustment, all you need to do is activate it!
An Optimized Campaign Timeline
Based on the success of the past years, the campaign features a two-phase sale that includes a Black Friday sale and a Holiday offer. We highly recommend keeping both. All email send dates for both campaigns have been optimized according to data for the best dates for sales.
The Black Friday phase begins 8 days before Black Friday and ends on Cyber Monday.
The holiday offer is recommended to start ten days after Cyber Monday, ending in mid-December. You can change the dates, but we suggest not pushing them too far into December, to make sure your audience has enough time to order their holiday presents.
Simple to Install
You can find the Classic Holiday App for Art Galleries under Sales & Automation > Campaigns > Art Galleries in your account. Simply click Install App and apply it to your galleries!

Set Timezone configuration
Picking the right timezone is crucial for your store because it ensures that your future emails and client discounts go out at the right times. For steps on changing your timezone, click here. If you have clients from a few different regions, set your time zone to accommodate the majority of your clients.

We’ve set the best-performing discount amounts for each campaign based on our collected data. The Classic Holiday Sale starts with a 30% discount for Black Friday and continues with 25% throughout the second Holiday phase of the campaign. You can always edit the discounts if you wish.
Select Audience
It’s time to spread the news to your audience! All art gallery campaigns come with a default audience of all previous visitors to your art gallery. These can be easily found under Sales & Automations > Visitors Emails > Art Galleries.
If you’re using Pic-Time also for your client galleries, then you can also add your ‘Client Galleries Visitors’ to the campaign in the gallery assign window. When you activate your campaign, make sure ‘Invite Client Galleries Visitors’ is selected. This will add all the emails collected through your client galleries, and that way it expands your reach.
Marketing Your Sale
Promoting your sale on social media is highly recommended when it comes to your Art Gallery sale.
Sharing your images provides the best opportunity to talk about your work. You can post images from your gallery or focus on specific images with context about the work. You can do a live interview with other artists, or plan a giveaway and ask your followers to tag their friends. Get creative and discover the right way for you to be present online, gain more exposure for your work.
Your social media followers already love your style, so make sure to take advantage of that. During the sale, we recommend showcasing individual artworks and linking for a direct purchase.
