Our Gallery to Backup System app, created in partnership with Sam Hurd, is a complete workflow funnel that automatically walks your clients from before the gallery is live and up until expiration, with gallery hosting offers.

The workflow begins with a series of emails while you’re in the process of creating the gallery. This set of emails builds a sense of anticipation with your client, letting them know what stage the process is at and allowing them to feel secure in knowing their photos are on the way.

Once the gallery is live, an early bird discount kicks in for both clients and guests. Both an email campaign and a banner campaign will go out to both the main client and guest clients.

When the gallery is set to expire a new product will be added to the store allowing the main client the option to purchase a yearly subscription gallery hosting and backup to keep their gallery online, and offering them a last-chance discount for the print store.

A Pic-Time commission is collected for the Gallery Backup product depending on your subscription: for paid plans, the commission is $1+10% and for free plans, the commission is $3+20%.
