February 2021 Updates
We are looking forward to the year we have ahead with many plans for our community. For this update, we are bringing new features and improvements to our existing tools, such as a new Print Incentive App, Pricing Presets, Improvements to Mobile Downloads, and more. There are many new features coming for the rest of the year and we are excited to share them with you!

1. Print Incentive Automation App
Gift your clients a few free prints so they can discover the beautiful products in the gallery store. Let them feel the excitement of receiving printed goods, so they return to make more purchases. Learn More

New presets for your store pricing! Plus, an easier way to setup your print labs when creating new price lists. Learn More
3. Support for iDEAL Payments
Store payments integrated through Stripe are now supporting iDEAL for clients in the Netherlands.
4. ‘Expire gallery’ back under gallery setup
Back by popular demand – expiration of the gallery can once again be set under the Gallery Setup tab. Learn More

New and improved mobile download experience! Your client can download all of the photos from their gallery with just a click. Learn More
6. simple sales system app additions
Allow your clients to upgrade their package through the Simple Sales System app after their initial purchase. An additional check-in email has also been added, so you can remind your clients to make their purchase. Learn More
7. Improved Interface for ‘Sell High-Res Photos’
If you want to sell High-Res photos through your galleries, you can simply enable it in your price list. Learn More
Additional Updates
Low-Res Photo Storage
We upgraded our low-resolution photo cloud storing system, which results in faster low-res download speed and viewing experience.
Disable Selection Reminders
You can now block out the selection reminder email under Settings > Email Packages > ‘Client selection is not completed’ > Block email.
Changes to App-Based Custom Products
New warning messages show when you try to adjust products in your Store Settings that are created by an automation app. App-based custom products can only be modified through the specific app.
