This Article in a Nutshell

This article explores the redesigned client gallery experience in Pic-Time 2.0 – from a new selection flow and Collections to improved AI search and mobile interaction. Discover how photographers can deliver more engaging, interactive galleries that drive sharing and sales.

Advanced Client Curation

With our new selection mode, your clients have maximum flexibility and clarity to find, pick, and share their favorite moments. This intuitive flow empowers them to curate their story directly within the gallery – selecting photos, videos, clips, or slideshows in a single action, whether as individual items or in bulk.

Sharing has also evolved. Clients can now send a small selection of images as actual files – not just a gallery link – making it easier to deliver social media content on the spot. On mobile, sharing is even more seamless, with direct access to native social media apps for quick posting and messaging.

The result is a smoother, more immersive experience that encourages interaction, simplifies sharing and downloading, and drives more purchases across your galleries.

Introducing: Collections

Say hello to a new kind of gallery interaction. Your clients can now curate their own stories within the gallery, in addition to the familiar Favorites option. By clicking on Add to Collection, clients can group their favorite moments into personalized Collections, ready to save, download or share as separate galleries. They can also take their collection directly to the Shop or use it in the shop editor.

Collections empower your clients to create as many different folders, or sub-galleries, for their various needs – they can have one for an album, one for sharing with friends, one for a calendar, and so on. This personalized experience encourages clients to come back to the gallery again and again — increasing engagement and naturally leading to more print and album sales.

Effortless on Any Device

It’s likely that most of your gallery visitors view it on their mobile device. The new client gallery experience has been thoroughly adapted for mobile use, with a redesigned interface that makes every interaction just as smooth as it is on desktop. Your clients can now stay connected to their memories wherever they are, bringing them more opportunities to engage.

Small Touches that Make a Better Experience

We remade almost every major touchpoint in the gallery to give your clients more options and make things easier for them. Here are some of the improvements:

Our newly-designed Search bar is now clearly accessible without overpowering the gallery experience. In the new search bar clients can now search by keywords and faces simultaneously, making it quicker and easier to find their special moments. A new powerful AI search engine gives more accurate results than before, on both face recognition and keyword search.

Fresh Video Experience

A more intuitive video experience built for sharing. Clients can select and apply actions to multiple clips at once, making it faster to curate and download their favorite moments. On mobile, clients can send clips directly through their native social apps, turning every highlight into something instantly shareable.

Your gallery footer, which will also appear in your shopfront, now includes your brand logo alongside your social media icons and links, ensuring the entire client experience is signed and sealed with your brand.
