Introducing Client Hub: A New Space for Client Collaboration

A digital album selection page shows couples sailing, relaxing, and eating by the sea. Eight photos are selected. Through seamless client collaboration in the Client Hub, a client message says, So happy with our album picks! A deadline and album collaborators are shown, making it easy to manage selections in this new space.
Client Selections are now available on Pic-Time 2.0 - and better than ever. Introducing the Pic-Time Client Hub, a new live collaborative workspace built right into the gallery, bringing you, your clients, and everyone involved together to review, discuss, and finalize images in one place.

From album curation and final retouching to image approvals and more, Client Hub keeps the entire review process connected to the images themselves. Instead of moving between galleries, emails, messages, and other tools, everyone can collaborate in one shared space, on desktop or mobile.

This Article in a Nutshell

In this article we introduce the Pic-Time Client Hub – a new way to collaborate with clients and other participants on selection requests directly from inside the gallery.

Kicking Off the Selection Request

Every collaboration in Client Hub begins with a Selection Request created by you.

First define the purpose – whether it’s album curation, final retouching, image approval, or any other workflow. Then set an exact selection amount or a minimum-to-maximum range, and add a deadline to keep the project moving.

Everything stays organized around a clear goal, helping you, your clients and any other collaborator understand what needs to happen next.

A digital interface for client photo selection is overlaid on a boat scene with water, introducing a new space for streamlined client collaboration. The form includes title, deadline, selection limits, and participants, with Create, Cancel, and participant editing options—making it easy to manage everything right from the Client Hub.

Bring Everyone Into the Conversation

Some decisions involve more than two people. Client Hub makes it possible to invite multiple participants into the same workspace, including main clients, photographer invited users, creative teams, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Clients can access requests directly from the new Inbox section of their gallery, making collaboration a natural extension of their gallery experience.

Everyone works in one shared space with the same images and selections, making it easier to stay aligned from the first review to the final selection.

One Live Seamless Conversation

Client Hub places feedback directly alongside the images it relates to.

Participants can leave comments, reply to one another, and pin feedback to a precise area of an image. They can also share reference media when a visual example can communicate an idea more clearly.

Instead of piecing together feedback from different conversations and platforms, everyone can see the context, follow the discussion, and work toward one clear decision.

Collaborate From Anywhere

Clients can access Selection Requests directly from their gallery and continue the process from desktop or mobile. They can review images, make selections, and respond to feedback seamlessly on any device, wherever they are.

A smartphone screen shows photo selection, while a computer screen displays a chat in the Client Hub about boat trip photos, featuring drinks, swimming, and people relaxing on a boat.

Stay on Top of Every Request

As the collaboration moves forward, you can track the status of each Selection Request and from your gallery dashboard.

Once the selection is ready, you can download the selected images, export a CSV, or view the selection directly in Lightroom for the next stage of your workflow.

Dates and status icons are also shown, all within the streamlined Client Hub for seamless client collaboration in this new space.

Bring Intuitive Collaboration Into Your Galleries

The new Client Hub turns selection requests and client selections into a live collaborative process that is part of the gallery flow. With everyone working from the same images, selections, and conversations, projects can move forward with greater clarity.

By bringing images, people, and conversations together, Client Hub transforms the review process into a seamless, professional part of the overall client experience.
