We are looking for multiple dynamic, high-performing team players to join our Customer Support Team! If you are a photography enthusiast who enjoys communicating, assisting others, and providing solutions to your customers, then this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Supporting our photographers and their clients over live chat and email

  • Test and provide feedback for new features before they’re released to everyone else

  • Engage and help our photographers in our Facebook Group.

  • Engage customers with an empathetic and positive attitude

  • Work closely with our developers and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Communicate with team members via video, chat, and email

  • Maintain familiarity with Pic-Time’s system and updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum availability of 25 hours each week

  • Familiar with the Pic-Time system

  • Comfortable with computer software and troubleshooting various problems

  • Enthusiastic about photography and have basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and other tools used by professional photographers

  • Self-motivated 

  • Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude

  • Accomplished problem-solver
