Niki Boon
Niki Boon is a photographer and mother based in New Zealand working on a beautiful body of work documenting her children. Niki uses photography to chronicle the playfulness, innocence, and wonder her children experience in their life on a rural farm. An element of presence, freedom and exploration is found in each one of them, together becoming a part of a larger story.
Letting Them Be
In a world full of distractions we all strive for the simple state of BEING. Niki Boon and her children are there, letting the day lead them and documenting it along the way.
With timeless Black and White images, Niki gets to the heart of childhood. Through photography, she takes us to that place where nothing and everything is happening.
