Important Changes to Our Free Plan

Important Changes to Our Free Plan

As a company dedicated to empowering professional photography, we focus on developing the most advanced tools to power your business. To align with this mission, we occasionally need to adjust our Free Plan, and will be doing so on May 1st.

The following changes will take effect for all Free Plan users who have reached 6 months of use, starting May 1st. We recommend that professional photographers consider upgrading their plan, to unlock the full potential of their photography business.

The New Free Plan Changes

Storage Changes

The storage capacity for Free Plan accounts will be reduced from 10GB to 3GB after six months of use. Existing Free Plan accounts older than 6 months that utilize more than 3GB will have their galleries automatically removed by us within a week to align with the new limit, starting from the oldest ones created.

Client Support Changes

We will no longer offer live chat or any other form of direct support to clients or gallery visitors of Free Plan users. For every new client issue, they will now contact the photographer directly and the photographer will get support from us.

Branding Changes

Free Plan users will no longer be able to use their logos in galleries and emails. Additionally, we will be removing the capability of adding watermarks to galleries. Existing watermarks in galleries will not be affected.

Upgrade to Enjoy the Best of Pic-Time

Enjoy plenty of storage for future galleries and offer your gallery visitors the best experience with all the support they need for just $7 a month when billed annually.
