1. Set & Display Prices Including Tax
We’ve made the process easier for photographers who collect their own payments, to set and display product prices with the tax included - now available for Australian and European photographers! Learn More
2. Opt-In/Out Option for Clients
Photographers can control how their gallery visitors' consent is requested for marketing emails. There are 3 options: Opt-Out, Opt-In, or Completely Hide the Checkbox. Learn More
3. Customize Email Notifications from Pic-Time
Manage your email notifications and choose which type of email you’d like to receive from Pic-Time. You can decide whether you’d like to receive updates about features and products, educational emails, or promotional emails. Learn More
4. New Email Template for Self-Fulfilled Shipping
You can now manage your order shipping emails for self-fulfilled products. We’ve added a new email template for your email packages that will be sent when a ‘self-fulfilled’ shipping item is marked as ‘shipped.’ You can customize the message for clients, and also have the option to disable the self-shipping email from being sent. 5. Two-Factor Authentication for Login
Two-factor authentication is an added layer of security for your Pic-Time account designed to verify that you’re the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password. We highly recommend setting it up, especially if you’re a boudoir photographer. Learn More

Metadata for Low-Res Photos
When your images are added to the gallery, the downloaded photos retain original metadata attached to each photo. Metadata is now included for low-res photos, not only for high-res! Learn More
Stripe Payment Security Update
We’ve updated and added more secure integration with Stripe payment. If you accept payments with Stripe, you now have the ability to replace your Secret Key with a Restricted Key that we recommend using with Pic-Time. Please note that the Secret Key can still be utilized. Learn More
